Q: What space do you need for a mobile crêpe stall?

A: Our standard setup fits comfortably in a 3m x 3m area. This allows enough room for the gazebo, equipment, and a small queue of customers. If space permits, we can also bring chairs and seating for a few guests to enjoy their crêpes on-site.

Q: What are the set-up requirements?

A: To run our mobile pop-up safely and efficiently, we require:

Flat, stable ground to safely place our gazebo and cooking equipment.

Access to power (if available). We primarily use a 220–240V electricity supply for the crepe machines, but we also have battery options for smaller events. Please let us know in advance if mains power is not available.

Safe distance from hazards, e.g., water features, high traffic areas, or flammable materials.

Clear access for delivery to bring in the gazebo, crepe machines, and supplies.

Q: How long does it take to set up and pack down?

A:

Setup: Around 45–60 minutes for gazebo, tables, cooking equipment, and signage.

Pack down: Approximately 30–45 minutes. We aim to leave the site clean and tidy.

Q: What equipment do you bring?

A: Our pop-up includes:

Professional crepe machines

Tables and serving stations

Gazebo (3m x 3m)

Utensils, plates, and napkins

Optional chairs and seating for guests

Food storage containers and coolers

Q: Do you need water access?

A: Ideally, yes. Access to a cold water supply is helpful for hygiene and washing utensils. We also carry hand sanitizer and comply with food hygiene standards if water is not available. We can however bring our own source if required.

Q: What are the health and safety requirements?

A: Our team follows strict food hygiene protocols, including gloves, hairnets, and sanitization.

Equipment is PAT-tested and regularly maintained.

All food is stored at the correct temperatures to prevent contamination.

Q: Can you handle outdoor and indoor events?

A: Yes! Our gazebo and mobile setup are suitable for both outdoor events (markets, school fetes, campsites) and indoor venues with sufficient space and ventilation.

Q: Do we need to pre-book?

A: Yes. Especially for school holidays and busy weekends, we recommend pre-booking your slot so we can secure your date and ensure our team is ready to provide the best service.

Q: Do you offer seating?

A: We can bring a small number of chairs and a seating area in addition to our within the 3x3m footprint if space allows. For larger events, we can discuss additional seating arrangements with the venue.

A: Please ensure the following:

Access to power supply if possible

Area safe for hot equipment

Any restrictions or site rules communicated in advance

Yes! We carry full public liability insurance giving you peace of mind while we serve at your event.
